The TubeSpin® Bioreactor 50 with Septum is specifically designed for automated cell culture workflows, enabling sterile exchange of media, solutions, and cell-based product sampling, e.g. in liquid handling systems such as Tecan Freedom EVO.
Compared to conventional screw-cap systems, the integrated septum enables direct, robotic-access sampling without opening the vessel, significantly improving sterility and process robustness.
