Quality Standards

Quality Assurance

TPP is ISO 9001:2015 certified and manufactures under cGMP guidelines by choice. This quality standard is regularly audited and confirmed by re-certification processes. The ISO certificate can be downloaded here.

Quality Control from the raw material to the ready TPP product

TPP is committed to reaching the highest quality goals in its manufacturing processes. This is achieved by maintaining and monitoring a complex quality assurance system. Products are only shipped when all criteria are met. In this way, TPP guarantees the highest quality products for all tissue culture and laboratory applications.

TPP achieves its high quality standards through continuous improvement in the interest of its customers and a highly efficient quality system that goes beyond the required formalities.

1. Raw Material

All incoming materials and products pass a rigorous and documented quality control based on specifications. Shipments are only accepted from verified suppliers.

2. Production

Production takes place in a clean room environment on in-line production lines. Regular documented quality controls are performed according to a quality control plan. Independent laboratories regularly conduct purity and sanitation testing.

3. Maintenance

For a 24/7 manufacturing process, the maintenance and upkeep of molds, production lines, and infrastructure is extremely important. Accurate planning and execution is the basis for the necessary top conditions. Competent specialists ensure the availability of the equipment day by day.

4. Quality Control

All products are tested during and after the manufacturing process according to strict specifications. Every step of the process is traceable for years through a sophisticated IT system. Test results and corrective actions are documented.

5. Dispatch Control

TPP performs random quality and quantity testing of the final product and documents the results. After approval of the data, a quality certificate can be generated on www.tpp.ch.
